Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for WOMANIYA payments.
Membership fee
The yearly membership fee is non-refundable once the membership has been activated. You may choose not to renew at any time; no part of the fee is returned for the remaining period.
Visitor meeting pass
The meeting pass fee is non-refundable once the meeting has taken place. If you cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours before the meeting and we will move your pass to another upcoming meeting. If WOMANIYA cancels or reschedules a meeting, you can choose a full refund or a pass for another meeting.
Wrong or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or your payment was deducted but the pass or membership was not confirmed, we will refund the extra or failed amount in full.
How to ask for a refund
Write to womaniyanagpur@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your name, the phone number or email used, the date and the amount. We will reply within 3 working days.
When you receive the refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
These terms may be updated as WOMANIYA grows. The policy on the date of your payment applies.
